Purchasing euro coins in Monaco: modus operandi

Purchasing parts in Monaco: modus operandi

Unlike purchasing pieces in the Vatican, purchasing pieces in Monaco is much simpler because there is no need to travel to the principality: everything is done on the internet, on the Museum website. Musée des Timbres et des Monnaies (MTM).

You can get there by clicking on the following address: www.mtm-monaco.mc

First and before you want to make any purchase at the Museum of Stamps and Coins, you must create a customer account by clicking on the small toothed wheel at the top right, click on CONNEXION / S’ENREGISTRER then click on the button “Continuer” in the NOUVEAU CLIENT section on the left of the screen.

You will arrive on a page asking for your personal information (last name, first name, address, telephone, etc.).
I advise you not to fill in incorrect information because I think they are looking at the information with a magnifying glass. when purchasing parts to avoid multiple purchases…

Once registered, you can log in by going back to the cogwheel at the top right and clicking CONNEXION / S’ENREGISTRER.
This time, everything happens on the right side of the page by entering your identifiers.

Once logged in, you can browse the store. To do this, hover over the “LA BOUTIQUE” link in the menu at the top of the page and select “NUMISMATIQUE”
